Welcome to the Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is a digital tool that simplifies and improves cooperation between Sida and our partners by contributing to simplicity, transparency and efficiency.

The Partner Portal has been developed in close cooperation with partners as well as Sida staff, and is based on their needs. We have made great efforts to ensure that the portal meets high standards of cyber security.

The first version was launched in November 2022 to a limited group of users. New functions will be added continuously, in close cooperation with the users.

The Partner Portal is used by Sida partners and Sida staff to view compiled information about development contributions and to find information material, courses and news from Sida.

This is what you find in the Partner Portal:

• Basic information, a finance summary, monthly transactions, an agreement overview and a description of your ongoing contributions.
• Contact information for people who have a roll in your ongoing contributions, both at Sida and the partner organisation.
• Information, tools and templates that clarify Sida’s minimum requirements and give general guidance.
• A notice board with news from sida.se (mainly in Swedish), courses that are offered to Sida’s partners and current calls for proposals

In the future, Sida’s partners will be able to access to a range of services in the portal, such as reporting and electronic signatures.

The portal displays ongoing contributions with an active agreement. As soon as the agreement is finalised it will be removed from the Partner Portal.

Only contributions that don’t contain sensitive information will be shown through the portal.

The partner portal will be rolled out to new users during 2023 and 2024.

A few selected partners and contributions have access to the Partner Portal from November 2022. The first group to gain access are cooperation partners from civil society whose agreements are handled by Sida's humanitarian assistance unit.

Additional partners will be added during 2023 and 2024, as we continuously develop the portal. Partners who gain access to the portal will be contacted by Sida directly.

If you are a Sida partner and don’t have access to the Partner Portal, your contribution has not yet been included in the rollout. When the time comes, Sida will contact your organisation directly.
