Swedish Support to Decentralisation Reform in Rwanda

This is a mid-term evaluation of Sida's support to a project supporting Rwanda's decentralisation programme. The three components have been evluated; a) Support to the Ministry of Local Government, Community and Development Affairs, b) Support for the establishment of a Rwandan Association of Local Authorities, c) Overall the evaluation is positive and recommends continued support from Sida with some minor changes, particularly in the support to the ministry.
