Summary
Sida supported cooperation between Swedish and Baltic Non-governmental Organisations Sida has contributed to programmes co-operation between Swedish and Baltic NGOs since 1990. The general objective is to support the institutions of democracy and justice, the re-establishment of a well-functioning market economy and the improvement of the environment especially in the Baltic Sea. The support has gradually assumed a greater focus on organisational development.
