Summary
Swedens support to traumatised people and war victims later turned into the promotion of a mental health reform with focus on community psychiatry. Through the Swedish organisation Cultural Heritage without Borders, Sida supports project to restore cultural heritage objects, destroyed during the war, in co-operation with national aand local institutions.
