Social and Health Sector Projects in Russia - Final Report

This evaluation assesses the support Sida provides to the social and health sector in North West Russia. The evaluation is a combination of an on-going and ex-post evaluation. The evaluation has a simultaneous focus on the implementatation process, as well at the results and impacts of twenty four health and social sector projects, spanning a wide cross section of support in North West Russia. Within this overall focus, the evaluation addresses: the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of the projects, cost efficiency and the competence of the Swedish partners involved in the projects.
