Summary
The report is an evaluation of the UNV Peace Promoters Project, a cooperation between the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Forum Syd, a Non Governmental Swedish Organization, initiated in 1997 and programmed to finish in June 2000. The Project's objective is: "to provide technical assistance for the formulation, execution and evaluation of strategical programmes and projects for the Peace Agreements. The Project allows that 10 Swedish and 20 Guatemalan volunteers work in areas which support the implementation of the Peace Agreements.
