An Evaluation of the Vietnam-Sweden Forestry Cooperation Programme and the Mountain Rural Development Programme in the Northern Uplands 1991-2000. An evaluation of the Swedish funded Forestry Co-operation Programme, FCP, and the subsequent Mountain Rural Development Programme, MRDP, in Vietnam was undertaken in 2000 by a joint international and Vietnamese team. The evaluation was conducted through a series of visitis by the team to Vietnam between May and July with fieldwork in the whole programme area in June-July.
