Nordpraktik - New Managers for Russia, financed by Sida and managed by the Norden Association offers traineeships for young Russian managers, with a view to provide management training and promote business contacts. This report presents an evaluation of the two first years of the Programme focusing on relevance, goal fulfilment and cost effectiveness.
