Local Development Programme in Nicaragua, PRODEL

This report presents the findings and recommendations of the external evaluation of the first phase of the local development programme, PRODEL, in Nicaragua. The main objectives were: to assess PRODEL's impact and efficiency in accomplishing the programme's general and specific goals; to make recommendations on the future of the Programme in terms of its operational, institutional and financial sustainability.
