Summary
A Feeder Roads Programme (FRP) is being implemented by the National Road Administration (ANE) in order to improve rural access. The Final Evaluation Report covers support by UNDP and Asdi to FRP which commenced in 1997 and terminates in 2000 (the Project), and the need for future support to FRP.
