Evaluation study in support of the Mid Term Review of the Pro-Tax II project - Final Report

This reports presents the findings, conclusions and recommendations of a mid-term review of the ProTax 2 project, which is the second of two projects to develop the property tax system in Kosovo. The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the ProTax 2 project’s potential to reach its intended outcomes and produce sustainable results, and based on the findings provide recommendations for future decisions and direction of the project.
