Summary
The main objective of Diakonia's programme in South America is to contribute to the respect of the Human Rights and the deepening of the democratization process. The activities of Diakonia are concentrated to Peru, Colombia, Bolivia and Paraguay. The regional office is located in La Paz. The team studied relevant documents, made visits to project areas and interviews with key informants inside and outside Diakonia.
