Summary
Sida has since 2000, supported a programme for housing and income generating activities in Guatemala (FDLG) aimed at improving the living conditions of low income households in poor urban settlements. FDLG has received support from Sida in two phases. As part of programming for a possible third phase, Sida has order this mid-term Evaluation of the second phase.
