Summary
The evaluation concerns three investment projects in waste water treatment co-financed by Sida (Haapsalu 12 MSEK; Liepaja 50 MSEK; Klaipeda 37 MSEK), and starting in 1994. The evaluation was performed by an international team of consultants from Technopolis (France and UK) and Ecoconcept-Woodward Clyde International.
