The findings include the identification of several challenges for Forum Syd especially at institutional level, e.g. regarding human resources and links between HQ and field offices. The analysis also suggests that a phasing-out of the programmes should especially consider the different character of counterpart organisations as well as the importance and role of civil society in the three respective countries.
