Les 2 phases successives du programme (2005-2007 et 2008-2010) ont par ailleurs contribué à renforcer la collaboration et le partage entre 4 ONG internationales au-delà souvent des aspects rigides de culture organisationnelle et dynamiser le lien avec des Organisations de la Société Civile malienne qui ont vu leur capacité renforcée.
