Sidas stöd till Meeting Point Program 2010-2013 var helt baserad på Sveriges strategi för aktörssamverkan och STC, Svenska Exportrådet nu Business Sverige (BS) och svenska geologiska undersökning SGS var på uppdrag av Sidas handledare. I halvtidsöversynen analyseras i vilken utsträckning Sidas finansiering av de två handledare STC (BS) och SGS har bidragit till målen som i de bilaterala strategier för Botswana och Namibia respektive. STC (BS) har utfört fler matcher än SGS, som har resulterade i etablerat samarbete. SGS har genomfört ett stort antal aktiviteter i form av möten och nätverk, men med några konkreta matchning och samarbetsresultat.
